Those are clearly botted.
I know if i paid you 3k, and 90% of the results were botted, and not organic like your service says, i'd be tilted too.
You've been caught man.
I've explained everything above including
why there are new users to Discord. This is because the promotion is not only done on Discord, some might not like or understand how Discord works, which is normal when using a new app/ platform, this happens to everyone. Simple as this: Why would we use No PFP accounts that were newly created if we were botting? We could have used aged accounts, with PFPs, staying online with status, even verifying themselves to make us look like bringing real members. Does that even make sense at all? If we were botting we for sure would have used accounts that don't look suspicious.
Well, if you are still thinking we botted their server just because some of the accounts are new and some of them do not have profile pictures, then I have nothing to say. That is just like saying a guy is a murderer just because he has a knife in his bag.
Last but not least, there are only around 1/3 of the users being new to Discord/ have no profile pictures who joined through our promotion. They kicked most of the online users to make the server look like botted. Before them banning us from the server and revoking our invite, the server was at around 8-9k members with around 1.5k - 2k online. After them banning us from the server and kicking those "fake users", it's now at around 300-400 online. What does that mean? They kicked almost all of the online users who joined from our promotion to make the server look completely dead, just like we brought them all offline users. This is creating a fake proof to match what they claimed, trying to get a refund that is not even valid.
To conclude, we will not be providing a refund, not even a single cent. All joins delivered by us were fully legitimate and non botted. The client clearly has no knowledge in marketing and advertising, hoping everyone who joined from another platform to be 100% fully converted to a new platform, and also be active in there.
