Detailed description of what happened: so basically I wanted to use his developer service, I got him up and asked if he can make me an ###### autoclaimer that reaches 10k rs, he said that he can easily do that his words: "10 krs easily, [b]Possibly even much more, I'd provide you the best vps and proxies as well" so I confirmed onsite with him and sent him 1.1k after I sent him the money he worked on the claimer and everything was fine, after he said that he is done I asked him because it was night to run the claimer for me, the claimer got at peek 300rs and always got ratelimited, so I asked if he can find a new endpoint and all that shit, at the end it took 2 weeks and I asked if I could get a refund if he can't find an endpoint in 1 day he agreed and said that we will revert the deal if he can't find one. after 1 day was passed I gave him another day after that passed he told me to send the addy, I sent him my addy and he has refunded me but when I checked he told me he just refunded 60% and now I would like to hear if that is fair since he said we will REVERT the deal.
