Detailed description of what happened: Feeble sent me a list of 3ls he was apparently selling on December 19th. I responded and asked about the tags. afterwards I ended up sending him $250 for one of the tags on December 20th 1:30am. (didnt used mm because me and feeble had done a $175 deal in the past) Feeble then said he would do codes shortly, but after realizing that the account had 2 days left on security details change he said " If you leave it with me bro, soon as im back from work ill get it swapped on a fresh for you." So I agree because I trusted he wouldnt be on no weird stuff. A few days go by and I text him December 23rd and ask about the tag. He then says that it will be ready 8pm GMT. That same day I waited and then when I looked up the time it was 10:05pm GMT, so i texted feeble back and even gave him a call. He gave no response. I texted him again on the 24th and he finally responded. He had apologized for not communicating and told me that he wasnt gonna be at his computer till "boxing day." He also stated that he would secure my account as soon as hes back and even send me money for waiting. So I waited and waited, Nothing. I text him on Christmas day asking when he would be back, he gave no response. He ends up texting me on the 26th and says he is back home and ask for my paypal, so i send it. I dont see any transaction or even see him text anymore after that. Now this morning I text him at 8:59 and ask if im even getting the tag anymore, and I also warn him that I will report a dwc if he doesn't respond because its been a week and no tag. I kept checking for a response and when I go to message him again, the message doesn't go through because he either unadded or blocked me.
