Exacly... Your ToS doesn't apply to this situation at all since my nitro was never revoked IF I NEVER CLAIMED it. Is it that hard to understand?

Mate I can send as many screenshots as you want. You gave me 2 nitros which were never claimed cuz they werent working and you said multiple times that you were getting a new one for me and that new never arrived on our dms :)

I always buy from his friend and they're trusted. Now i cannot tell if YOU claimed it or he scammed. HE literally replaced it and it shows you could claim it??

Sigma I can also get you screenshots of my friend getting his nitro and @Jps said "You have 47 hours warranty". My friend lost his nitro 6 hours after and was never replaced/refunded bcause of that 47hours warranty

Well thats not my problem friend. If your nitros are bought legitimately I guess you can track who redeems it and so you can see that I never got them :)

Just arrived home so now i have a little more time to explain it better. So to make it clear:

1. I paid 25€ steam giftcard for 1 year nitro boost and this guy got me 2 nitros and none worked. He started blaming his supplier calling him scammer and then he said that he would give me a new one in the next day (he kept saying this for 4 days). In the 5th and 6th days he just stopped answering and kicked me from his discord server (saying that acc&server were both banned) and also removed from his steam friend list (all this happened without giving me an answer about anything).

2. My friend also bought 1 year nitro boost for 25€ steam giftcard but this time he got his nitro. But JPS said that he had 47 hours warranty in case if his nitro gets revoked. My friend @Tigo1337 lost his nitro 6 hours after and asked for a replacement and JPS said that he would replace it asap. After that he stopped answering aswell and removed Tigo from steam friend list.

Also, as I mentioned 10 times already but you seem to be either blind or braindead, your TOS don't apply in my situation at all. You cannot talk about TOS if I never got the product I paid for. It was never claimed or redeemed on my account.
I would like to get a reply from any administrator since I would like to get a full refund (50€ (25€ mine and 25€ of @Tigo1337)). Me and him don't wanna take any other nitro as replacement because we do not trust this guy anymore so we rather to take our money back.
