Detailed description of what happened:

basically i went on a proxy channel on telegram and saw a early verified bot dev account listed, we were negotiating a price with the proxy channel owner and then i was added to a group chat with the channel's owner & someone else (the scammer's friend) that person dmd me privately and said lets do the deal privately since he didnt want to pay proxy fees, i said sure as i really have nothing to lose, i was then added to a group chat with someone else (the account owner) , i asked if this was the person who owns the account he confirmed yes

i then suggested we use @nine as the middleman, we continued negotiating until we reached 3.4k and i also asked him to confirm onsite (i have the telegram exported chats & can provide it if necessary)

asked why he was selling for cheap replied with "crypto low market is slow" which is fair since he's poor as shit.

this is pretty poor behavior.

I dealt with @ceo he told me he would buy an "m81" Snapchat account we would split the cost and then resell it to Arab buyers at double the price, as this type of account is in high demand and I have the ability to sell them through my own store. He asked me to send $650, promising to get it to for us for $1,300. I sent the money and asked how we could ensure trust he said he would send the funds to a Norwegian friend to handle the transaction in person. The deal never went through he ignored the matter. I began demanding my money back, but every day brought a new excuse one day he was with his girlfriend, another day his friend wasn't answering or he had to travel. Recently, I messaged him on Telegram he had been online 8 minutes prior and called him but he ignored the call and hide his "last seen" status he has not responded at all. I trusted him because I had dealt with him once before, and I knew he wasn't poor and wouldn't risk his reputation for 650 but it is what it is

Had agreed to a deal of $180 in ETH for a headless account (he has multiple on his "mini-shop") sent him the money in ethereum and I waited patiently, claims that his "friend" had the info for the account and states that as soon as he had received it he would forward it to me. Obviously I am understanding so I wait, I text him the next day around 10 am and he responds claiming that his friend as at work and that he would be available around 7-9 pm GMT+2. So I wait, at this point I start to doubt whether this guy is even being honest or just wasting my time. So I tried to text him one final time as he had not responded to my earlier messages and to no avail no response. I know I should've used a mm, but it was only 180$ and he had decent rep and vouches & It's annoying because now I have to spend more money to look for another seller but I hope you can ban this guy or whatever so no one else gets their money stolen by people like him.
