Do you agree that you had never mentioned to me prior to payment or discussion of the deal that your policy was no refunds? When I consistently asked for a refund, you stated that you created the bot on Discord.com which means all you did was went on the website and created the application. That takes a matter of 2 minutes to do even if you were to program the logic to start the bot that takes 5 minutes. You really don't have any time into the project and you're claiming "no refunds" although you haven't committed any time into it.

You found excuses not to do the project right away and did not tell me this until I demanded a refund which is negligent on your end and you should've been transparent during this process especially when I had asked for a time-frame.

I am very dissatisfied with the level of your service. Your practices are quite questionable.

I want to reiterate and I'm sure everyone can agree there's no way this seller made any substantial progress, if any at all, during the time from when I had asked the user to provide me a refund and me making the deal dispute. I believe the seller is baffling about the "progress" he has made.

Every time I have asked seller to provide any updates, he is not home. So there is no time consumed on this project, and I so heartedly believe a refund is valid in this case scenario.

I said I started working on the payment processor and payment methods. Which I did. You kept bothering me about a refund like are we serious I already worked on it for hours.

You did not start the payment processor and payment methods when I had asked you for a refund. I'm not sure where this is coming from but it seems completely negligent on your end.

Nonetheless, I had asked the seller for a refund at around 2:30 PM when I had found out that seller isn't able to commit to the deadline of the project which was originally agreed upon and he hadn't begun on the project. It is your negligence that may have caused you to work on it for hours when I had advised you several times repeatedly that I do not want your work and I do not wish to work with you any longer.

I don't like the outlandish comments and claims you happen to be making.
I'll be waiting for staff.

The inconsistency with the claims you have made about time frames, lack of transparency and the refusal of a refund, ultimately resulted in this deal dispute being created. I have advised you several times that I don't want you working on the project at all and you have refused to listen. 

Seller has stated: "i have 4 incoming projects and 3 i’m working on already that it may take longer". This shows that seller is incapable of keeping commitments to his clients. He should not be picking up more work if he has a numerous amounts on his plate. He should remain transparent with his clients.

I do not want your work and I want a full refund that is my final decision.

Staff, seller is still refusing to provide a refund.

Well substantial amount within a day is crazy lol he paid me yesterday. As I said I was working on getting the payment methods to work and with a payment processor. Idk what you expect from me. I won’t refund I have to keep working on it. He only paid a fourth of it aswell
