Do you agree that you had never mentioned to me prior to payment or discussion of the deal that your policy was no refunds? When I consistently asked for a refund, you stated that you created the bot on Discord.com which means all you did was went on the website and created the application. That takes a matter of 2 minutes to do even if you were to program the logic to start the bot that takes 5 minutes. You really don't have any time into the project and you're claiming "no refunds" although you haven't committed any time into it.
You found excuses not to do the project right away and did not tell me this until I demanded a refund which is negligent on your end and you should've been transparent during this process especially when I had asked for a time-frame.
I am very dissatisfied with the level of your service. Your practices are quite questionable.

I want to reiterate and I'm sure everyone can agree there's no way this seller made any substantial progress, if any at all, during the time from when I had asked the user to provide me a refund and me making the deal dispute. I believe the seller is baffling about the "progress" he has made.
Every time I have asked seller to provide any updates, he is not home. So there is no time consumed on this project, and I so heartedly believe a refund is valid in this case scenario.
