I messaged @kiero on Telegram to purchase a Moonlight Cape code and sent the agreed $75 in SOL. After I sent the payment, he told me he needed to get the code from his friend and asked me to give him about an hour. I was told he has the code on hand, and I still haven't received the code. I asked for a refund now he’s stalling….
