Detailed description of what happened: I paid the user kartia 220$ in LTC for a Roblox account on January 3rd. For over 48 hours, he made excuses about waiting for a friend who was "at work" or "asleep". After finally claiming he had the account, he tried to force me to pay more because of another "offer". I refused and demanded a refund, providing my LTC address. He agreed to refund but has since stopped replying and is stalling. I still have not received the account or my money.
